Client information and definition of their requirements, product selection and purchase, installation, upgrading of existing hardware, maintenance and repair. We are also working together with a local Hardware Dealer and Computer Repair Shop on Mauritius. If equipment or parts are not available on the island we will source them for you from our suppliers in Germany and New Zealand/Australia.
! IMPORTANT ! There are NO charges for the diagnosis of your equipment if something has gone wrong in case you are on a low income level, beneficiary and/or a young student with limited resources - just give us a call or send us an E-Mail to explain the situation and then bring the equipment to our premises. We will check it out FREE of charge and give you honest advice what to do next. Often we are able to fix a problem on the spot within minutes - which is also FREE - the only thing we are asking for is to recommend our services to others if you have been happy with us. Thank you.
Whenever possible we will use VNC (Virtual Network Computing), VoIP (Voice over IP)and other means of modern communication to save our clients unnecessary expenses. Most work can be done from a distance – there is not always the need to be on location (this keeps our overheads small and you will benefit from lower fees for our services).
